This is SO SO SO easy to make and SO SO SO tasty. You can control the fat content in the recipe by increasing or decreasing the amount of steak and bleu cheese dressing as you prefer.

My mouth is watering just thinking about making this recipe! One night I just found some tasty things in the refrigerator to add to my beloved portobello mushroom purchase, and with the help of my skilled husband on the grill, we had ourselves a masterpiece.
This is a great meal to impress guests with or just have at home with the family and is easy to prepare. Perfect!

Watermelon Fire and Ice Salsa

My husband suggested I try using our juicer to make this (instead of my food processor which took me forever to chop the watermelon) and it worked AWESOME. I gave the juice I would have discarded to the kids who loved the ice-cold watermelon juice. I only used what usually is the discarded parts in a juicer (the pulp) for the salsa.
