SAVE AND MODIFY THIS LITTLE TIME SAVER! This recipe contains an example of all of the ingredients one person might like to have for breakfasts, Monday through Friday. Let him decide what to add to "his recipe," then schedule it on your menu planner each week. All of the stuff he wanted will automatically be added to your grocery shopping list. (You can of course make a recipe like this for yourself too - or combine all of the stuff for both of you into one "recipe.")
Ingredients
Enough for Everyday- 1/2 lb. coffee beans
- 1/2 gallon orange juice, fresh *
- 4 packets instant oatmeal
- 2 bananas
- 2 protein shakes
- 2 slice(s) toasted whole wheat bread
- 1 blueberry muffin
