SAVE AND MODIFY THIS LITTLE TIME SAVER! This recipe contains an example of all of the ingredients one person might like to have for breakfasts, Monday through Friday. Let him decide what to add to "his recipe," then schedule it on your menu planner each week. All of the stuff he wanted will automatically be added to your grocery shopping list. (You can of course make a recipe like this for yourself too - or combine all of the stuff for both of you into one "recipe.")

Ingredients

Enough for Everyday
  • 1/2 lb. coffee beans
  • 1/2 gallon orange juice, fresh *
Enough for Mon. & Wed.
  • 4 packets instant oatmeal
  • 2 bananas
Enough for Tue. & Thu.
  • 2 protein shakes
  • 2 slice(s) toasted whole wheat bread
Enough for Fri.
  • 1 blueberry muffin

Notes

* Enough for 5+ days

My husband loves using this recipe. He modifies this recipe anytime he starts to get bored with breakfasts and since I add this "recipe" to our menu planner every week he is always guaranteed to have the fresh breakfast items, that he chose, on hand. It works perfectly for us.
