Banana & Red Currant Yogurt

Because currants are most readily available in the summer, you can substitute with any berry of your choice or other seasonal fruit.
- 1 sliced banana
- 3/4 cup red currants
- 2 small containers plain or vanilla yogurt
Spoon yogurts into two or three pretty serving bowls, top with sliced banana and red currants. Serve immediately or keep cool in refrigerator for a bit first.
