Ingredients
- 1 container plain yogurt *
- 2/3 cup granola cereal
- 1/4 cup fresh berries
- 1 sprigs fresh mint **
Notes
* vanilla is great, too!** optional of course
Method
In clear serving dish, add 1/2 of granola, then 1/2 of yogurt. Repeat. Top with layer of berries and a sprig of mint for garnish. Enjoy!

This is very easy to make and a breakfast my daughter will eat. She finds eating breakfast in the morning is hard, but then finds herself hungry before lunch. It is now her morning request and healthy.

Love this recipe....so do the children. We made it with Vanilla yogurt, strawberries and blueberries. I couldn't find granola cereal so I bought Kashi Toasted Berry Crumble. I put the cereal in a sandwich bag and beat it with a spoon lightly (long enough for it to still be chunky but a little broken up). To top it off I added Whipped Cream!!! It is DELICIOUS!! The children want this dessert all the time now. If I hadn't seen the recipe on here I do not know if we would have ever tried to make it ourselves. SUPER EASY!!!
