Ingredients
- 2 lightly beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup(s) ketchup
- 3/4 cup(s) dried bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 envelope brown gravy mix
- 1/2 sour cream (optional)
- hot cooked noodles
Method
- In a bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Crumble meat over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls (about 6 dozen). Place in a single layer in ungreased baking pans. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until no longer pink, turning often. Cool.
- You can divide the meatballs and place into freezer containers. May be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Completely thaw frozen meatballs in the refrigerator. In a large skillet, prepare gravy according to package directions. Add meatballs; cover and cook for 10 minutes or until heated through. Remove from the heat; stir in the sour cream. Serve over noodles.
