I love fish and spicy foods. We use the same basic ingredients with different types of fish. Works well with whitefish like tilapia and basa as well.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 salmon fillets *
- McCormicks Perfect Pinch Cajun Seasoning **
Notes
* any fish of choice could work here if you don't care for salmon** to taste
Method
- Add butter to skillet over medium to medium-low heat and melt. Add salmon once butter is melted and then shake Cajun Seasoning over it to prefered taste. (You can always add more but you can't take away. If you aren't sure, start light.)
- When fish looks cooked just over half through, carefully turn. Continue to cook second side, adding spice as desired, until thoroughly cooked and fish easily flakes with a fork.
- Goes well with cilantro lime rice!
