

Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. active dry yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup(s) yogurt
- 1/2 cup warm water *
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- melted butter
- minced garlic (to taste)
Notes
* as neededMethod
- dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water until foamy
- add salt, oil and yogurt to flour in a medium size bowl
- add yeast water slowly kneading between additions until a soft sticky dough
- cover the dough and let rise 15-20 minutes
- place baking stone on low level in oven
- preheat oven on broil or it's highest setting.
- divide the dough into lemon sized balls
- roll into a thin oval shape slightly thicker at edges.
- sprinkle with garlic
- place naan on hot pizza stone and cook for 2-3 minutes (if stone not preheated or using a baking sheet will need to flip it and cook 2-3 more minutes)
- remove from oven and brush with melted butter
- serve immediately
