Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 crushed clove of garlic
- 1/2 juiced lemon
- 4 cup(s) fresh baby spinach
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Method
Heat oil with garlic. Add spinach and toss till wilted. Finish with juice of 1/2 lemon. Salt and Pepper to taste.
